How long will my order take

Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as it is ready and different vendors have different processing/shipping times. Please be patient, your unique pieces will be worth the wait!

We will send out an email when your item is dispatched & tracking details will be provided. Remember, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Processing times for each vendor for delivery are always displayed on the product page at the time of ordering, but if in doubt please get in touch.

Can I contact the seller directly?

If you have already placed an order with a particular store, you will have the option to contact the seller directly to ask any further questions regarding your order.

What is your returns policy?

How do I start a new store on Afrogarm

To start your store, please visit the here or  click on “Become a Vendor” at the bottom of the homepage and fill out the Vendors’ form. Starting your store is absolutely free.





Can I ship to just selected countries?

All our vendors are required to ship globally. This is a requirement when joining Afrogarm. For more information, please read the Terms and Conditions for more information. 

How do I know when I have a sale?

When a sale has occurred, you will get an email notification. You can sign into your account from the link of the Email.

Can I promote my items on your website?

To place an advert with us please get in contact with a member of our team here. (Prices of ads will vary depending on the amount of promotional material provided.)

Selling on multiple markets

Yes, you can. At afrogarm, as long as we’re able to get you some more sales, all’s good.

How much do you charge?

There are no initial fees or plans when you register with our website. We however charge a fee of 12% for every sale that occurs on our marketplace. This fee is deducted automatically when an order is placed so you don’t have to worry about keeping up with payments.



How to change the username and password

To change your account details, login into your account and click on this link to visit your user account. Alternatively, hover (or click on mobile)  on your username and navigate to account details. From here you can edit your details.
