Shipping Policy
Standard delivery:
- Shipping to Europe may take between 5 to 7 days
- Shipping to any other destination may take between 7 to 15 days
Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days after receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer care via email as soon as possible before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you still have 14 days after delivery date to send the items back (at your own cost) and request a refund.
RETURN
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days after receiving your purchase. All returned items must be in be unaltered, unwashed and in unused condition.
