Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your Afrikrea virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging within 20 days from receipt of order. Please ensure the item is protected in a polythene bag. The item should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately. Exchange can also be requested, but buyer has to pay for postage return of the item. Once item is received, a new item will be sent or full refund given.
