All US orders are mailed USPS Priority mail and takes 3 - 5 business days.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or delayed deliveries due to weather condition by the postal service.
Once your order is dropped off at the post office it is out of our responsibility.
Please verify correct shipping when placing your order.
Items re-sent due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. Due to the variability of transportation, Package Services and USPS Retail Ground® packages may take up to three to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any U.S. Territories.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Contact should be made within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return authorization.
Please do not send your purchase back prior to contacting us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
