Items ordered through our store are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS and occasionally via FedEx. Once shipped, a tracking information email will be sent out.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped out. Once shipped, your order will arrive in the time frame selected. For example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Friday.
Kindly note that inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified details with your order, may delay processing by an additional 2-3 business days. To avoid any delays, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before to checking out.
*INTERNATIONAL FEES: Note that some countries may charge special customs fees/taxes for received merchandise based on their own set of rules (size, weight, value, etc). If you are having items delivered outside of the USA, you will be responsible for covering any such fees. Please make sure you are familiar with the applicable rules for customs/fees/taxes/etc that may be imposed.

International Shipping: 2-3 business days for processing and 12-15 business days for shipping.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of your item at [email protected]
